Intelligent Electrical Control System

Using PLC control reversing technology, the main oil cylinder motion position and signal information is detected to PLC micro computer by the proximity switch.The reversing calculation is completed by the PLC, which controls the working sequence of electric-hydraulic reversing valve.

The whole concrete pumping process has nothing to do with the hydraulic oil circuit. The pumping work is more reliable. The maintenance is more convenient.And because the change time is controlled by PLC, the time has no impact. The service life of the whole system is greatly extended.

Frame Structure and Ultra Wear-resistant Elements

The s-tube valve is welded by imported wear-resistant welding rod. The shaft end adopts high strength alloy steel after nitriding treatment, which avoids the occurrence of shaft fracture phenomenon.

The high-quality, specially processed rubber concrete piston with more than 20,000m2 of the average service life, ensures the safe and low consumption of the construction requirements.

Hard spectacle plates,cutting rings and other wear-resistant parts, made of manganese steel alloy are used in LUTON tractor concrete pump system, whose service life is 3 times longer than that of ordinary spectacle plates and cutting rings.
