Step 2: Outline the area
Remove the frame, and clean the truf or lawn about 6 to 8 inches around the area with a shovel. The outline and dig the area down 5 inches or deeper.
Step 3: Add the gravel
Pour gravel into the slab construction site and then use hand tamper to consolidate the gravel.
When you pour out the gravel, make sure the base is about 1 inch or higher. Then the tamping will make it compact.
Step 4: Build and concrete slab form
Mark off 4 part of the two-by-fours each determining 3 feet, 3 inches, and use the circular saw or electric miter to cut reduce them.
Drive the 16d galvanized nails right into the boards to construct the type. Place the form on the sub-base.
Cut four scrap pieces of two-by-four to around 12 inches long as well as hone each one to a point (one end just).
Extra pound each stake into the ground near an edge of the type. With the cordless drill, screw each risk right into a side of the kind to help support it.
